Poem about Brockham – By Sunni Mustafa 

My knowledge of Brockham is not very much.
I know of the Spar on the village green and such.
It sells quite a lot for such a small shop.
The pharmacy has medicine for all but I prefer the make-up.
From the village green there’s a view of box hill; very good for climbing up,
I know of these places and of things to do (like teas on the green they’re really supreme)
And which trees are best for climbing,
I’m a great fan of Brockham, it’s a fact I haven’t forgotten,
But best of all, from all the things I love, is Brockham bonfire
(don’t forget to wear your gloves or else you’re a silly ‘cause it get quite chilly!)

Number 1: It’s ever such fun
Number 2: there’s lot’s to do
Number 3: it’s for charity
Number 4: it’s never a bore
Number 5: you will survive!
Number 6: there’s fire sticks
Number 7: fire works as high as heaven
Number 8: there’s nothing to hate
Number 9: it’s all fine
Number 10: please come again
